class pyxem.signals.ElectronDiffraction2D(*args, **kwargs)[source]#

Bases: Diffraction2D

Signal class for two-dimensional electron diffraction data in Cartesian coordinates.

Methods

ElectronDiffraction2D.set_ai([center, ...])

[Deprecated] This function sets the .ai parameter which stores an ~pyfai.AzimuthalIntegrator object based on the current calibration applied to the diffraction pattern.

ElectronDiffraction2D.set_diffraction_calibration(...)

Set diffraction pattern pixel size in reciprocal Angstroms and origin location.

ElectronDiffraction2D.set_experimental_parameters([...])

Set experimental parameters in metadata.

ElectronDiffraction2D.set_scan_calibration(...)

Set scan pixel size in nanometres.
