get_diffraction_vectors

Diffraction2D.get_diffraction_vectors(center=None, calibration=None, column_names=None, units=None, get_intensity=True, **kwargs)

Find vectors from the diffraction pattern. Wraps hyperspy.api.signals.Signal2D.find_peaks

Parameters:

• center (None or tuple) – The center of the diffraction pattern, if None, will use the center determined by the offsets in the signal axes

• calibration (None or tuple) – The calibration of the diffraction pattern, if None, will use the scales in the signal axes

• column_names (None or tuple) – The column names of the vectors, if None, will use the names of the signal axes

• units (None or tuple) – The units of the vectors, if None, will use the units of the signal axes

• get_intensity (bool) – If True, will return the intensity of the peaks as well as the intensity of the peaks. Default True.

• kwargs – Passed to the peak finding function.
