Apply gain normalization to experimentally acquired electron diffraction pattern.
- Parameters:
z (numpy.ndarray) – Two-dimensional data array containing signal.
dref (ElectronDiffraction2D) – Two-dimensional data array containing dark reference.
bref (ElectronDiffraction2D) – Two-dimensional data array containing bright reference.
- Returns:
z1 – Two dimensional data array of gain normalized z.
